      Always been assign same task hard to learn different things. Don't encourage internal job transfer.

      Good company in terms of learning in Network Security

      Pros

      Fortinet is slowly ramping up in the network security industry. There is lot of learning here in terms of technology. It has a good brand value too. Good pay, stock options and shift allowance (no night shift though :) ) less process Need not work outside your shift. So no long hours

      Cons

      Its a small office in Bangalore. So facilities are very less and needs to be improved by a lot. Work pressure gets more at times.
