Great products, great tools to learn about a ton of different cybersecurity solutions, thanks to the demo capabilities explain solutions to our customers is really easy, results oriented company, great coworkers environment

Cons

Human resources department is absent in some countries (like Ecuador) although the global team is always ready to support. Technical support is not Fortinet's best, it should fixed.

Exposed to cybersecurity and different types of technologies.

Cons

The culture is terrible, management is inept and clueless. It feels like a lot of cronyism and favoritism and if you’re not aligned with the right people, you won’t get anything done internally. Employees are treated poorly, high turnover, low pay, there are no internal annual company reviews. There’s no structure for raises or performance overall.
