Pros

Salary Certification program Gaining experience Internation recognition by other companies

Cons

* Too much cases/tickets per day for an engineer, you may take around 8 to 10 cases a day for an L1 * It takes long time before hiring new engineers * There are no continue training or follow ups related to knowledge gaps within the team * Extra work is added to accomplish the company goals, besides the based job (taking calls, tickets, chats). *There are a lot of micromanagement. *If you are in Colombia region, no chance to grow, you should be in USA, Mexico, or Brazil. Among others... If you are thinking to take this job to gain expertise in fortinet products for at least 6 to 1 year ( which I recommend) go for it, if you already have a nice job and you want more money which definitely fortinet may give you, please, think about it first, this analysis is for TAC positions, don't know others.
