Pros

Good opportunity to improve your technical skills and knowledge. Also, you get stocks which is a great stimulus. I would recommend to anyone this job position. Multicultural environment where you can meet different cultures and people.

Cons

Sometimes too stressed and overloaded with job, but overall is pretty good.
