Thanks very much for your balanced and honest review. I agree that working from home and the supportive team leads are a great benefit. We have implemented our MAX (My Associate Experience) program. When you are doing the work day in and day out, you find the issues that need to be fixed. The max survey is the way we can share those pain points to make positive changes. It can aid in capturing a higher satisfaction rate because we use those insights to improve and be the best. We also have our pulse check on Everconnect with the same goal.
