Work at home, easy enough

Late paychecks, not enough training, all they are focused on is sales not the actual customers, never enough people to help with questions

Unlimited overtime and getting to work from home

Cons

They hire ANYONE! Start off getting paid $9 an hour. Not worth what all we had to put up with from angry customers. When asking for help in the spark room, sometimes you would be ignored. The team leads acted like they did not want to help. Was constantly pushed to make sales, even though a majority of customers were unhappy and wanted to go elsewhere.
