Bonuses and prizes for meeting sales goals, a lot of coaching and training, long training period and opportunity to learn

Super sales focused, even though I was hired to work in tech support - it was not about solving tech issues only about sales

Pros

Half decent insurance through Manulife. Immediate full time status.

Cons

Poor management. Worst in years. People are leaving in record numbers and the remaining staff is demanded to stay for mandatory overtime. Leadership is now contained of thoroughbred Sitel employees with no business education. The inmates have finally taken over. This has lead to rampant workplace bullying and harassment, retroactive elimination of tenured wages, zero opportunity to grow and an overall toxic environment.
