Good work-life balance arrangement and flexibility Great place to work as start and leave for better fitting job

Cons

No work is given to graduate Not recommend for the IT/Engineering graduate as the company is very lean towards sales team No or absolute minimum pay increase Lot of time wasted to meet HR's demand but nothing change in the future plan. mostly just the naming change of same thing
