Pros

Benefits package is better than most (not incl. salary) Good stepping stone for younger staff (get in, get experience and get out) Excellent training available (if you can get it) Did well during lockdown for company and customers (5 stars) Has good work from home policy (as it saves them money) Friendly staff members (5 stars)

Cons

Salaries below market rate (if been there for 2+ years) No salary increases for 5 years now for most Engineers Hard to move roles No chance of promotions Hard for many to get time for training Talent leading in droves on a weekly/monthly basis Continual churn at the top and middle levels Continual rebranding (no one understands any of the rebrands)
