Pros

Decent pay Very easy/little skill set required No boss breathing down your neck, very autonomous. You sit at home getting paid sometimes

Cons

Can be very busy because it's a little understaffed Not the best training/guidance, they expect a lot of you but if you can handle it and learn it's a very easy job.

Pros

Boss is a good man and employees are good to work with. You have lots of support. Pay is okay and you are given a lot of over time and on call pay.

Cons

On call a lot so work life balance is hard. Not much time off during holidays.
