      Pros

      Better than Unemployment Benefit, an opportunity to learn how NOT to support contracts.

      Cons

      Everything. Poor planning, seriously flawed parts repair system, managers who have no relative experience but got the position based on their relationships with other managers. No surprise that they were losing contracts hand over fist.
