Pros

・Most employees are good person so that there has a good human relationships. ・Generous of taking vacation and leave office on time ・Strongly prohibited to harassments

・The business model: - consists of multiple subcontracting structure so many SE, "System Engineer", they don't have professional skills. - Sales price is determined by person-hour so the more automate work, the more have to reduce sales price that in spite of IT company . ・Difficult to promote for young employees due to the seniority-wage pay system
