Pros

Decent compensation, work life balance and benefits.

Cons

Revolving door management at all levels, poor infrastructure that doesn't support large enterprise customers, constantly changing business direction, customers leaving at an alarming rate, internal politics that restrict professional growth, no appreciation given to seasoned staff members and treat them as bothersome instead of valued assets to the business.
