Pros

They paid me on time. There are a lot of good people in the Dallas office.

Cons

Salary, hours, number of employees assigned to an account, no processes or procedures whatsoever. If you take a position here then expect to work 24 x 7 x 365 supporting customer networks that have old, outdated equipment. There is no backup so expect to be boxed in. A heck of a lot of turnover with this company.

Pros

Lots of free time, Decent Japanese food

Cons

Company lacks direction, No innovation, employees are treated like disposables, no career or salary growth, Poor leadership skills within management, below average compensation, these guys are all over the place and not good at anything. Getting up and going to work everyday is like going to hell and coming back.
