Pros

Established organisation with plenty of scope to work in many large companies including Vodafone, Reuters, MOD. Mobile role generally so you get a laptop, phone, and associated car allowance. Pension and medical plans are okay. Get put on HOM99 (home based work/expenses) in your offer, if you try later on you'll struggle!

Cons

Where are the managers? Where are the management communications? Where are the performance reviews by your line manager? This place is the most shocking environment I've ever worked in as far as management goes. Every 3 to 4 months I had a new regional manager I was supposed to report into. These people generally managed 150 project managers across a region of the UK. The management structure is that person as line manager, then a programme manager on assignment. During the entire time I was at Fujitsu (about 5 years) I can't remember ever seeing anything from management cascaded down. If you needed anything at all including support it was up to you to find it. Performance reviews were delegated down to a Project Manager at a high enough grade who had no clue about you or your performance. When I left the company, nobody was particularly interested. There was no exit interview, just told to take my equipment back to a Fujitsu site and post anything else to my manager.

Pros

For the same level of competency, the salary range for the employee is considered higher than other similar company in Indonesia. Quality of the deliverable/outputs are always top priority, even at the cost of less profitability.

Cons

You have to always work overtime to complete your tasks, and the tasks are always piled up on top of other tasks. It seems that you will never have time to take a breath.

Pros

Good individuals with lots of potential and aspirations. Has a good name in the market compared to other mid tier companies. Fujitsu owns good methodology and framework.

Cons

Last 1-2 years most of the top performers left Fujitsu. No proper leadership as to where company is heading. Employees are fired within 2 weeks after coming to bench. Employee morale is all time low. Consulting arm might even wind up. No good projects in the last one year.
