Varied work I did get lucky and have 1 6 month long job at 1 site where I got to work with a few internal Fujitsu guys, to which I still keep in contact with one of them Job wise though... Thats pretty much it...
Cons
Interesting, which is good I'll give you that, but only if you are liked... Practically lied too during the interview stage. Shocking pay for what is expected of you. Bonus scheme that you will never reach, again unless you are liked then you may see it. Crap communication, when you are spoken too you are pretty much shouted at. Do not stick to the contract and legal requirement when it comes to 11 hours between jobs. (FYI guys this means start of travel time not just on site), being told I would be marked down sick because I had 2 hours sleep from a job that went wrong due to poorly supplier equipment to leaving for another after arriving home is just not good enough... Inadequate training, may as well just not have any Change Practice managers often, bend the truth, depening who you get will just ignore you and what you are saying May have changed but tend to be very petty when coming to providing hotels over a certain distance or time. Inconsistent work, could go a week or two without anything even when asking. Project desk will double book you quite often especially if you are on a 3/6 month job on site and give you very little notice to rectify the problem. If I could rate 0 I would.
