      Pros

      Variety, you can get to work on some good projects with good technology. Some of the people at Fujitsu are very good. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of pay rise. Below market rate pay. Can be very stressful at times with lack of consideration of the employee.

      Pros

      A global company offers so much reach, in terms of technologies and services. And Fujitsu is into more technology than anybody in North America realizes.

      Cons

      There's not much of a human touch. CYA. And the company has lost a lot of relevance. Insane rules are imposed when the company's not profitable enough. Some office space is sub-standard.

      It Pays very well and has benefits.

      Cons

      Micromanage everything.Forget your human too.Think there better than you if your not in the circle.REALLY?? Constantly threaten to terminate you for simply nothing.People quite several times a month.Wonder why????? I am putting this in Forbes magazine .......One of the 10 WORST places to work!!!!! Fujitsu!!
