      Pros

      My co-workers were great. Frontline sales reps are seasoned veterans and have a lot of experience to share. Being the 800 lb. gorilla in the scanning industry made it easier. Compensation and benefits were good for peripheral market.

      Cons

      It's tough to grow in a mature market. Having over half of the market and trying to gain more is tough. As others have stated before, the political climate is hard to swallow if you're not a part of that inner circle. Strategic direction is not that defined and can change constantly. The culture in the office is very sterile. Workers are afraid of CEO and unfortunately I believe he enjoys that. That negative energy can derail productivity. Still, if it is that bad, then one has a choice to leave or stay.

      BE AWARE OF THIS RED FLAGS 1. To attract talent the Recruitment team resort to blatant lies about benefits one may get. So once you hear about those benefits try getting a written confirmation. (but even then you may not get it) 2. You will NOT get a tax-free salary, on the contrary you would pay more! 3. Accommodations are provided in cheap studio apartments in labor-class location. 4. Regional Policy is non-existent. So you are not really in a position to know your entitlements. 5. Not recommended for married professional having long term projects as you would be in for a lot of unpleasant surprises. 6. The management is unlike that of any respected MNCs that you would normally expect. They are sub par and incompetent to put it politely. 7. High attrition rate
