      It's a great company to work with, Just try to engage yourself in a project which runs for a long time.

      Pros

      Salary is very good, hike is also very very good. Work life balance.

      Cons

      They dont have much projects like TCS or Infosys. Once the project completes you may have to sit on bench for some time or relocate to Pune or Noida (because most of the projects get delivered from these 2 locations)

      Pros

      Good work / life balance, nice vacation policy. Opportunity for advancement. Challenging but appropriate responsibilities in line with my capabilities. Interesting work with folks from all over the world.

      Cons

      Top management can be inflexible, but they are responsible for the company, so it's understandable.
