      Pros

      There is a focus on work life balance and virtual work is the norm. People are friendly, many have been with Fujistu most of their career.

      Cons

      Very resistant to change and new ideas. A constant management shuffle - if you don't like the direction just wait it out, new management will come in and change the direction.
