      Great company, but work stream silos means limited breadth of skill development available

      Safe, friendly, OK salary, flexible, no need to know how to implement just need to know how to design

      Cons

      Silos, so can't learn other technology. If you do designs, you can't develop skills by implementing, hence tend to "wing it" the longer you stay there. Will let you work yourself into the ground if you don't say no, say no and they respect you more.
