      Appalling Company to work for.

      Pros

      Great Company if you are one of the lucky few on the IIP program otherwise absolutely appalling organisation if you want to progress your career.

      Cons

      Overall, renumeration was very poor (company very reluctant to re-imburse expenses), no training, no appraissals, totally dysfunctional work environment promoted by management. Very poor health & safety. Worse company I have ever encountered.

      Not strong pressure to achievement. Very stable as a full time employee

      Cons

      A lot of meetings. Too many days to hold a meeting everyday. There are many managers who has very conservative way of thinking. It takes too much time to decision-making.
