Top tier global IT company to add to a resume. Management is relatively open to alternative working methods, telecommuting, flex hours etc.
Cons
Hard to know where to begin on this topic. As so many others have mentioned there is no reward for job performance or opportunity for growth unless you are in the right circle. Management is disengaged from their operations - For instance, I have been reporting to my current manager for about 4 years now and can count on one hand the number of times we have been in the same room and on the phone is only slightly better. Constant reorganization. Total absence of internal promotion. Pay is below 75% to the median in the industry by title (again unless you are in the right circle). Titles are do not correlate with responsibilities. Management is deceptive. Employee engagement and salary improvement initiatives come and go without action being taken.
