Difficult place to work, people are ok but pay is low and layoffs are common

Benefits package is ok, people are ok, flexible work schedule

Cons

Constant reorganizing causes customers to suffer while worker bees scurry around trying to complace them. No guidance or "big picture" on where/what the organization's objectives are. Many incompetent people hanging around for reasons I have yet to discover.

Flexible Timings and Irresponsible managers. No Processes followed as no managers take ownership.

Cons

No Transparency in anything. No Proper management while allocating to Projects.Least bothered to know what skills you have . People who have any relative in Higher management can only excel Groupisms of Deliver managers.As a result who are close to them will only get On-site oppurtunity and good apprisals. No Professional Training modules available where in one can enhance their skill sets. Do not have good Implementation Projects.
