      Multinational with good potential to grow as an organization Well Known in the Computing industry Good Benefits for the employees

      The major challenge has been the continuous state of change within the organization. Needs focus stabilizing and growth in the industry.

      Pros

      Good, relaxed work balance. Good team work Some jobs have a good location

      Cons

      -Management only take care of themselves, will no get involved with lower ranked employees. -Management prefer to buy in new staff, not use current talent in the company. -There is a big blame culture going on. -I dont see how the customers work with fujtisu as most of them complain about the project managers who are useless. -No pay existence. -There is a lot of work in some units but others doing nothing. -All of the management including the CEO must be sacked and replaced. -There is no communication between units. -Not a nice place to work
