      Pros

      Freedom to work on various platform and technologies. Good colleagues, feel like home. Very good cafeteria. Although the work pressure is too much but you get option to work from home.. People managers are excellent, best I had till now. If you are good in your work it doesn't takes time to reach to the top. Good opportunity to go onsite. Other departments HR, Finance are easy to approach and very friendly.

      Cons

      Project execution methodologies. Lack of experience in Project Management (Implementation Projects). Unrealistic Time Lines.

      Pros

      Exciting fast pace work;great immediate management - collaborative, customer focused - really want to do what's right for thebusiness, the client, the employees.

      Cons

      EMEA management is out of touch with US fast paced - quick to provide solutions and service requirements of the clients served. No proper vision, and focus for the business. Leaves business running in a vacuum of beauracracy and ever changing leadership.

      The management is lack of leadership, people skills/skills to manage their staff, and no team work which is I believe a necessary to a wor environment.
