Pros

Stability and not too much work pressure. Decent pay and bonuses. If you want to spend some quite time in life than yes this is a great company to be in. There are some decent people working here but most of the people are taking it easy. I don't blame them as the work is cyclical and work comes in spurts. Additionally, its a small place and you will get to know almost every one.

Cons

Management is not competent and folks who are politically active are the ones that get promotion. No processes in place for promotions and work is almost never appreciated.
