      Diminishing rapidly in the UK. Stuck in the past with no innovation or forward thinking in the UK.

      Pros

      Good workers trying to deliver for customers despite incapable management.

      Cons

      Management have no idea in the UK and their only plan is to cut headcount as quickly as possible and off-shore to Eastern Block or India.

      Very poor customer service skills and managers are not trained well to lead teams.

      Pros

      Cannot think of any. Need honest mgmt team leads on projects. Too many of them make stuff up without knowing the technicalities of the project.

      Cons

      It all depends on who you get as project team lead. Some are real horrible. Make up stuff to mislead client and if you tell them otherwise, they try to cut you off project. Prob that’s why they usually get low end clients who also don’t have much brains in mgmt. to work with.

      Bullying environment

      Pros

      Nothing. Awful stressful place to work with bullying culture that comes from the top management.

      Cons

      Where do I start. I’ve watched so many people go through stress, being bullied right from the top and filters throughout the company. ELT members have been announced as retiring but have been booted out. Very low morale all round. No respect for staff.
