Pros

Base salary is not bad. Work from home. Good team; members support each other. Lots to learn (on your own )

Cons

You get 3 months to produce numbers. If not you're quickly dismissed. Management is very poor especially in cyber security sales. The leadership team have cleaned house many times and just think its a next up situation. High pressure cadence calls and a lot of disrespect from up above.

Pros

The largest and probably the best password reset company in Australia. Fujitsu offers wide ranges of password reset options for their customer predominately small to medium business around Australia.

Cons

It appears the company has two different HR policy, one for inner circle and another for outer circle. This company has wide spread racism and gender inequality. Although the company advertises that they equal opportunity employer but in fact racism and gender inequality is visible around the campus. Fujitsu does not hire “First Australian” because most of the employees are from Caucasian background. The most HR policies are written but not implemented due to unwillingness of top brash. You have to be part of inner circle to get few dollar benefits otherwise you will be left out to nothing.

Pros

Decent paycheck Gym and cafeteria are on site at FNC in Richardson Nice HQ in easy to access location in metroplex

Cons

Aging middle management has ruined this company All the older management don't care or try to be inventive. This mindset runs off all the young talent because they are huge roadblocks. They are now combining companies across the US to try and do cost savings, retirement offers have gone out to people. FAI has been an utter failure for the last ten years yet they are keeping it alive. They are starting to think all of IT can now suddenly be sent to the cloud and be supported by India, they couldn't be more wrong. It's a cluster mess, unless you need at job stay away.
