      Reorganizing and cutting their way to failure

      Decent salary and benefits. Excellent co-workers. Career opportunities abound for the right people.

      Cons

      Constant churn of reorg after reorg after reorg. Too much time spent navel-gazing and not enough time spent taking care of customers. Unrealistic budget goals and ruthlessly cutting of teams to achieve them. Short-sighted management of current resources. Healthcare plan is the worst I have ever seen - all are forced into HRA or HSA; HRA amounts provided are fine for young, healthy people who never see a doctor but ridiculous for anyone else AND they make you jump through hoops even to get all of the amount they agree to provide. Up-front amount decreases and deductible increases every year. No raises, no bonuses - no sense at all that upper management sees resources as anything other than expendable, disposable, and interchangeable.

      20 years and I can't say anything positive because of the changes made in the last few years!

      Cons

      Poor management changes and decisions have lost some great talent because of it. They will continue to lose money and reorg to hide the fact they are losing money. Always exuses for stifling employees!

      Toxic company will make you ill - Avoid!

      You might get to work with the odd normal person if you are very lucky. Literally are no other pro's about this company.

      Cons

      Devious underhanded business with a genuine lack of integrity. Looking like a responsible business is far more important than being one. Appearance is everything to these fakers. Incompetent, classless management are well versed in favouritism, cronyism and creating an overall toxic work environment. Harassment and discrimination are rife (particularly where certain disabled employees are concerned). HR are far more concerned with covering themselves legally than actually addressing the issues so it wont be long until this company implodes. Genuinely horrible company and overall bunch of people. I wouldn't want to have to do business with them let alone work for them!
