-One race dominates, sometimes you may feel exclusion and an unfair treatment. If there is any information, they only share among them. -Another drawback about this company is yearly salary increment is really worst for MNC company. -upper management may provide a negative reviews to your performance review with the reason that you didnt have much project, even though the management itself didn't assign any due to the insufficient project. They will put the team on a bench, keep on promised future project and ask you just to do self learning, this situation may create frustration and slow career progression and UNFAIR performance evaluation. -mico-managed by manager and client
