Pros

1) The company is doing fine. 2) Salary and Benefits are good. 3) The new office in London is great. 4) Technical people are good

Cons

1) The company is going through a move to the US in the engineering department so not great time for UK staff. 2) The Infrastructure has grown complex and it's not always organic. 3) Teams are a sometimes too compartmentalized with too specific functions and not much collaboration. 4) Way too many levels of management and too many meetings. 5) Lots of big projects decided from higher ups and forced or unrealistic deadlines.

Pros

- Fantastic work/life balance (it's never been suggested that I need to work a single hour over my 40 hour contract) and decent benefits including plenty of paid holiday - Highly competitive compensation, significantly more so than existing salaries on Glass door would suggest. - Varied work with a range of tasks keeps things interesting - Pretty relaxed low-stress, no-blame workplace where engineers and managers are focused on solving problems together instead of pointing fingers.

Cons

- Limited WFH to only a few days a month for some roles - Major restructuring recently has left significant operational support burden for many teams - historically tight security policy and everything being integrity controlled can make it harder to make new things
