Pros

Pay is good and there are some very knowledgeable individuals.

Cons

Very cliquey. Management was poor and inexperienced. Mental health is considered as weak. Awful diversity and inclusion.

Pros

Good pay (industry standard, maybe not at the top end though), benefits, free lunch. Some good people in there but the very best people have left already. Work / life balance ok but it s also hard to disconnect as it can get into your head.

Cons

Loads of corporate BS with a good dose of hypocrisy. Mid level management kind of useless and getting in the way. No real career opportunities. Very bad for mental health overall. Gr has turned into a monster burning good people out and replacing them with fresh blood. Things have been declining quite a bit in recent years.
