Pros

Friendly teams, with incredibly bright colleagues. Management respect and heed advice and direction from technical teams. Industry leading compensation, would be hard to beat unless you're willing to sacrifice your life outside of work. Great support throughout virus period.

Cons

Security restrictions, but these are improving. Working from home was previously restricted, will have to see how this is handled after the virus period.

Pros

- Great, friendly colleagues - Good compensation and benefits - Great work/life balance - Very supportive environment to do research and for learning

Cons

Compartmentalized company structure (by nature of being a larger company) means you get less visibility on other parts of the business.

Pros

Colleagues are the best in the business Freedom to make own decisions - management is there to guide, advise and coordinate rather than to set research Huge resources/compute Compensation and benefits

Cons

Security still a minor hindrance - it's getting better all the time though
