Pros

Good compensation compared to average software engineering jobs in London. Comfortable work-life balance. Some interesting projects going on.

Cons

The company aimed to grow in size till a few years ago but now it looks like it is aiming to shrink down to some extent, and thus, we now have occasional layoffs. It also has too many middle managers and this sometimes drives them towards useless office politics.

Going downhill fast

Pros

Interesting tech stack, some bright people to work alongside

Cons

The company has laid off 10% of the workforce two years in a row, including some well liked and respected long timers, while cutting most of the morale and events budget, so morale is terrible.
