Cons

Awful treatment from HR - Have made us work from home country before giving us short notice (2 weeks) to get back to the UK in the middle of covid pandemic

Great benefits, PTO, work life balance and a great team of professionals to work and collaborate with.

Cons

Salary is below industry standard in tech which has been leading to turn-over. Raises/Merit Increases are minimal. Very metric driven in Client Success although this has been gradually improving.
