Pros
- great benefits - hire some amazing human beings - unparalleled exposure to high corporate executives
Cons
- overworked - underpaid - your success is largely based off of if your clients (who are usually the head of a function or in the c-suite) have time to engage with you/the research essentially, regardless of how much work and effort you put in - close to zero bandwidth day-to-day - not a lot of follow through (depending on the situation) in areas/topics where you need help in - ex. internal partnerships
