Pros

Access to senior level management of client organizations. Access to current knowledge and trends of the IT industry. Recognizable brand name.

Cons

Immature sales management. Rigid KPIs. Everyone is expected to behave in the same way to fit the culture. Monthly sales pressure do not allow strategic view into developing long term and surer revenue stream from potential key clients. Employee benefits mininum to none.

Pros

Lots of training if you’re early on in your sales career. You can move up fast if you get lucky with your territory

Cons

Terrible sales process, red tape, and PMF. Pretty much zero PMF, you are selling the brand. Very little clients actually find value.
