      The benefit is fair/basic - Health insurance, free fruit every day

      Cons

      Learn the script they put together for you when you speak to your clients, that's the first step for you to become successful. Hit all the monthly metrics, then you can seat back, relax and forget about building the client relationships. You will be surprised, you might think, hang on - isn't it about building the relationships here? But, no..just hit the metrics you are classified as successful. Update every single spreadsheet/database, is the most important thing every day at work. Highlight the importance of processes, however, you can break this rule by knowing someone influential within the company and get things done in your way.

      Has great benefits, 401k, pto, and medical. People you support are greatful

      Cons

      Management are snooty and above it all and "dont cross me" "what do you want" attitude. Little experience in managing people. Anyone looking in Central US region id suggest look elsewhere.

      At the beginning, Gartner will inspire you. The market position, the brand, the size, a lot of colleagues who will make you think you're lucky. In the medium term, you'll realize it's more played than real. Gartner is fully authority driven focusing growth, nothing else. With their micromanagement they will make you to follow their cults. You'll find that they don't care about your private life at all and you as an employee. In the long term you will recognize that this job can no longer be sustained for long because the managers are just looking at figures and have neither management nor leadership qualities. At the end, you get a kick and they will treat you like an enemy.
