Looks good on the resume Good base pay if you come from elsewhere

Cons

About everything else. All the other 1 star reviews paint a good picture of a place with layers of useless middle management that had 1-2 successful years and knew what to kiss and when. For a culture of micromanagement and threatening with metrics they don’t actually fire underperformers. Regions can lose millions of dollars during the year without any changes except an increased focus on dials (which didn’t result in anything getting closed). The whole organization is terrible about providing value to current clients and it shows in the retention numbers. Clients also get pissed that they are constantly being sold

Smart, good-looking people to work with. Lots of benefits

Cons

95% of the people that work there aren't very happy. Everybody seems so stressed. Not a fun environment. They buy $3000 ping pong tables and think that is going to make it better.

Cons

Can be an extremely cliquey environment to the point where you feel like you’re dealing with sororities and fraternities. Turnover rate has also been very high since I started and have seen numerous people come and go. Company can treat their employees like numbers and once a manager decided they don’t like you, they can make your experience there pretty hellish. Work environment can be hostile as well once it’s determined you’re not in the clique.
