Pros

Can work at home. Lot's of smart people. Gartner owned the IT advisory market, so company will likely continue to do well.

Cons

Very hard to innovate - not very willing to listen to new ideas. Employees are managed the same way machines in a factory are managed. Many members of the executive team display autistic-like symptoms when attempting to interact with employees. This is what a good company looks like after it's soul has been extracted.

Decent benefits, generous amount of PTO and well-respected brand

Cons

Not enough growth potential (career or financial), very micro-managed, they are hiring in less and less experienced Client Partners at lower salaries and so the level of professional experience in the Client Partner Group is declining.

Cons

India leadership team is bunch of jokers no help provided to sales team by managers and regional head regional head and managers waste their time discussing strategy rather than being on field.
