my manager border line bullied eut of this company. very toxic culture that seems like a cult

Workloads are insane for the design department and management does not do anything to mitigate the issue. They acknowledge it has been a concern for multiple years in a row but throw their hands up when it comes to actually finding solutions. Instead, they pull people from other teams that are equally as busy to "help." There are very little trainings or up to date process documents, and designers are expected to do everything correctly on the first try without instruction. Literally do not go anywhere near this place or be fooled by other positive reviews. Gartner is an absolute dumpster fire with a corporate bow.
