Pros
Great Culture, Wonderful People to work with. The sales training is unmatched and the product is amazing.
Cons
Leadership has a tendency to micro - manage. From what I hear its department dependent. Was told not to take PTO in the last 4 months of the year by my leadership which against company policy. Not cool. My direct manager tends to speed up the sales cycle for a decision that takes 6 months to a year. Always asking how we can get it done in a month or two. Not realistic and this creates issues. My direct leader does not have my back but only concerned with her "brand". This may not be the case across the board but it is the case with my team
