      Pros

      GetApp is a fast growing startup that is always looking for new opportunities to grab. New ideas and new projects are always in the center of attention that allow different departments to work together. That creates a great symbiosis. I have met amazing people since I joined the company! It feels like it is my second home. We have some great perks like private health insurance, working remotely, half-day Fridays, working on macbook..

      Cons

      We have so much resources, I don't think we are using them to improve our personal development.

      Pros

      They invest heavily in the development of their people, maintain a highly collaborative environment and focus on a growth mindset. There is limitless potential as you look at growing your sales career and multiple opportunities to work in their support services outside of sales. Great people and great company to work for.

      Cons

      There are growing pains as they look to integrate more effectively with recent acquisitions and new products. Opportunities can be siloed in their main headquarters with limited advancement outside of their main offices.

      No Kool-Aid, Just a great place to work

      Pros

      It's tough to boil down a great experience into a "pitch" for others, but for what it's worth, joining Gartner was the best professional decision of my career. The professional development alone is huge. We are expected (and trained) to speak with conviction to C-level executives everyday. Gartner gives you the tools to do this well, which creates all kinds of professional opportunities in and of itself.

      Cons

      Compared to the tech sales industry, turnover seems very low, but is still a factor, especially within the SMB channel. Getting a good-great area manager seems to make the difference. Leadership knows this and is actively working towards trying to close the gap.
