      Pros

      The company is growing at significant pace. Great culture, strong management team, opportunity for advancement, good commute for various locations in the tri state area.

      Cons

      Significant growth translates to frequent change. While the overall business strategy remains the same, the pace of change on internal growth and the pressures that come along with it are there. It wont hold you back if you're willing to jump on the train, but come willing.

      Pros

      Great Company with big name in IT world. Great benefits, wonderful culture, awesome growth and good pay.

      Cons

      As a Client Relationship Associate the growth is limited, especially if you are located in Utah. I am not saying that you can't grow in fact a lot of my co-workers have been able to become Sr. CRA's or Managers but after that it plateaus unless you are willing to move to Florida or Connecticut.
