Team success culture. Un-matched portfolio of objective advisory services. Fantastic incentives for sales: uncapped comp plan, Winner's Circle (Club) trips, bonuses and regional contests.

      Increasingly managed via performance metrics in every department which requires strong situational leadership from anyone in managerial position.

      chilled out environment, like no other. super cool facilities and ambience.

      Cons

      no growth in certain roles, managers are from completely different fields resulting in a dud process or aimless team with useless instructions.

      There is a lot of emphasis on professional development and managers are genuinely invested in their employees.

      Cons

      Fort Myers. The city/town is slow and there are few opportunities to make friends outside of work. Can not go anywhere with out bumping into someone you work with.
