I work from home. I can transfer from one Gartner office to another Gartner office. I work with exceptional people. My work is important and fulfilling. I appreciate that Gartner is independent and objective so I can make recommendations that are truly unbiased. Gartner treats its Associates as professionals. I can explore my interests and contribute to Gartner's intellectual property.

Travel to client sites can be challenging for work-life balance.

Informal culture, really smart people, very business focused, no B.S. place. Delivers a product that doesn't harm the environment or other people, just focused on business insight!

Cons

Very low ethnic diversity, everyone kinda looks the same. No real unusual benefits or perks. Not a big "cool" factor to the workplace, at least in Stamford.
