Hard work but rewarding and a strong brand and good colleagues

Pros

Brand is global, name opens doors and clients listen to you. Research is outstanding and there are experts in every IT field you can think of.

Cons

Difficult to overcome the assumption we are just a research house. Dont have the flexibility of a LLP given we are a public company. Very target orientated culture fail to hit your numbers and you're toast.

Growing consulting group with lots of opportunities Consulting + Research a real differentiator in the marketplace Top talent at the upeer and lower levels Good pay and benefits Great brand

Cons

The consulting 'pyramid' is a bit top-heavy right now, but being addressed Under-penetrated in some key accounts, need to right this and get in where the business is!

There are many intelligent individuals across the company divisions. The work can be intellectually challenging and also very rewarding. Most managers have their direct reports' success as an imperative.

Cons

There is a certain level of political gamesmanship at the middle management levels that is to be expected, but this can be frustrating to the front lines. Internal collaboration is an area that perpetually needs improvement.
