Exceptionally talented and motivated people, you will definitely meet the creme de la creme at Gartner.

Cons

Sales hungry, metric- driven organization, your success is exclusively measured by the color of your performance dashboard. Management is just a middle layer with very little power to change things. Most of them lack basic people skills and have a very standardized and institutionalized way of managing situation. Very high attrition rates, most people stay within services for 2 years max.
