1. No learning
2. People oversell themselves - Most of them are just copy pasting the stuff from Gartner reports into a presentation given to them from an on-site consultant and showoff that they are better than J.K.Rowling
3. More than 85% of the team does not have a consulting or an IT background( this being an IT consulting firm and people don't know what a server, cloud, VM etc. is)
4. There are no defined parameters for the year-end appraisal and no defined metrics to measure performance ( Gartner has defined some metrics but they aren't able to judge associates on them)
5. The India office senior leadership has no clue as to how to sail the ship and are always awaiting instructions from the "top"
6. They will ask you for your passport before all your other documents at the time of joining - don't be mislead, you never get to travel onsite
7. Lot of salary disparity between people with the same designation - People on the same designation with little/no-experience are way more than people with relevant experience
